The theme of my magazine spread is emotion, personality and mood! I picked this theme because I love poetry and usually when I shoot photography, I want to tell a story or something motivational behind small things that are usually overlooked. Though, for this project, I decided to try something I’ve never done before, which are portraits. I’ve always found this genre of photography interesting, but I’ve never actually explored how to do it until now. To master this, I focused on different lighting techniques, composition, and most importantly, different emotions to try and capture and set the mood for these photos. With not much to work with, I think I did great, and with much time and effort I believe that I could get better and even master portraits some day!
